Drop Shadow Effects On Mirrors
A very interesting 'drop shadow' effect created by the distance between the front glass of a mirror and the silver-nitrate coating of any standard mirror. When an image of any kind (B&W or color) is put at a flourish of sorts in the corner of bathroom mirror for example, as it's viewed from an angle, the back of the graphic will cause an automatic drop shadow effect.
So now, if you apply the GrayTRF foil under the toner's image (same way you'd use the WhiteTRF for a color image as a reflector (see MENU: Tutorial > Techniques) it will give you this very cool effect. And, this 3-D looking drop shadow 'moves' as your viewing angle changes, making it look like the image is floating in the glass.
