"If you don't like it... we want it back!"
We will buy back any product you have purchased directly from PulsarProFX direct for a period of one month after purchase. If you don't think your purchase wasn't worth every penny you spent, contact us to coordinate the return and send it back to us packed well and insured for its value. It does NOT matter that you have used any part of the product. Our goal is to provide you with not only a quality product, but with unending Technical Support to identify where the problem lies. If you're still unhappy with your purchase, we want it back!
Our Return Policy is ours alone. Keep in mind that although we have authorized dealer/resellers, we can not speak for their respective return policies. Contact the company that you plan to purchase through if you have any questions about their satisfaction policy.
Before returning a product back to us, please email or call us first so we can coordinate the return. Return shipping is up to you. We do not refund original shipping out or returns. Make sure your package is covered for the product's original value.
For valuable items, please ensure to pack the item(s) with at least 2" of packing material on all 6 sides of a good quality box. This is a requirement of common carriers in the event there is a claim against the shipment for damage. If upon inspection, the carriers' agent does not see that the product was properly packed you could stand to loose your insurance coverage resulting in a potential total loss. We will assist you on any questions you might have making a return.
